I'm going for wins for Ireland and the Lions!

Peter O'Mahony

Ireland have picked a good attacking team for their match against Japan. McGrath and Jackson is a combination I'm really looking forward to seeing, and there should be a good understanding amongst the Munster back three. The pack is pretty similar to last week, so they should be perfroming more and more as a unit. It will be a tough match, but really, we should win it.

Ireland: 15 Simon Zebo, 14 Andrew Conway, 13 Garry Ringrose, 12 Rory Scannell, 11 Keith Earls, 10 Paddy Jackson, 9 Luke McGrath, 8 Jack Conan, 7 Dan Leavy, 6 Rhys Ruddock (c), 5 Devin Toner, 4 Quinn Roux, 3 John Ryan, 2 Niall Scannell, 1 Cian Healy
Replacements: 16 James Tracy, 17 Dave Kilcoyne, 18 Finlay Bealham, 19 Kieran Treadwell, 20 Jack O’Donoghue, 21 Kieran Marmion, 22 Rory O’Loughlin, 23 Tiernan O’Halloran

Early on Saturday, The Lions A team gets a shot at the Maori All Blacks. The only notable omission is Owen Farrell who has picked up a slight injury. Peter O'Mahony gets the honour of captaining the side. I am keen to see how the axis of Murray, Sexton, Te'o and Davies get on - I think they are going to look increasingly dangerous, with the space made by that awesome squad. A tough, hard win for The Lions I think.

British and Irish Lions: 15 Leigh Halfpenny, 14 Anthony Watson, 13 Jonathan Davies, 12 Ben Te’o, 11 George North, 10 Johnny Sexton, 9 Conor Murray, 8 Taulupe Faletau, 7 Sean O’Brien, 6 Peter O’Mahony (c), 5 George Kruis, 4 Maro Itoje, 3 Tadhg Furlong), 2 Jamie George, 1 Mako Vunipola
Replacements: 16 Ken Owens, 17 Jack McGrath, 18 Kyle Sinckler, 19 Iain Henderson), 20 Sam Warburton, 21 Greig Laidlaw, 22 Dan Biggar, 23 Elliot Daly
